Remington 700 question

is this 700 a VLS OR A VLSS ??
and how can you tell which it is ?

I have a Remington 30.06 and all it says is Remington 700, but the Blue Book of Guns does not have any plain 700's they are 700 ADL or 700 BDL etc. The rifle was purchased in the 1970'2 I beleive, is it an ADL?

won't the Thumbhole stock make it a > Model 700 VL SS TH (Varmint Laminate Stock Stainless Thumbhole Stock ??

I'm thinking mine is a VL SS because its a Varmint Laminate Stock Stainless but I'm not sure hence the question

mine is like yours except brown laminate. I always thought it was VLS, ?
