Ruger SP101 22LR Speedloader-edited
Does anyone know of a speedloader for the Ruger SP101 in 22lr? Or if one for another model will fit? I prefer the type that you just insert and it will automatically unlatch, but if i have to go with an HKS rotating type i will.
By the way, the SN is 570-59xxx range, and that is not listed in the SP101 22lr page, but shows up on the regular 357/38/9mm
327 history. Did i get lucky and pick up a rare gun?
i guess i should have specified, but did not realize the new SP101 was an 8 shot. This one is a SIX shot model.

8 shot? Speedbeez makes them.

They appear to be like the Dade, straight push spring retained, not a positive latch.
CAUTION: I do not own one, just remember the ad.
Looks like you are stuck with the HKS,then.
Yes, HKS lists the same speedloader for 22/32 and SP101 .22s.0 -
The ones that are for the older S&W J frame 22's, like the 34, and 63 should work just fine. They are 6 shot, and about the same size frame/cylinder/hole spacing. If they are a little small, then go to the K frame model, for the 17, 18, and 617 models with six shot cylinders. 0
