i have a chinese with this #, C1-1800344

No markings such as Triangle, Type 56 etc

any help on a mfg. date..has a spiker bayonet

There's not a lot of reliable DOM records for Norinco SKS's unfortunately.

I believe your SKS was made for export to the US in the 1980's. It would be hard to identify a specific year.

You may want to check out yooperj.com. He has a lot of information on SKS. He has a lot of information on the differences in parts also so you may be able to get an idea there. Also you could email him.

CSI Ontario, CA, was an importer of SKS' and Chinese Tokarevs.
