Savage A17 trigger group problems

The trigger group on the Savage A17 is a piece of junk. Go on utube and watch the complains. Question. Is there anyone considering making a metal replacement for all the flexible plastic?

  Wow what a plastic POS. I'd spend my $400 and buy an old Remington, Winchester or Browning.
