Rem model 12CS in 22 rem special

Is the breach block, the part which holds the firing pin, the same as a regular model 12 with a flat firing pin? I'm trying to scrounge up parts to rescue this 12CS and the price is about double for one which definitely is from a model 12CS. No way to do a side by side comparison.

All help appreciated.

  She the breach block is the part that holds the firing pin and it is not the same as the 22 short, long, or long rifle. The base of the cartridge is wider on the special, thus the cartidge guide is large. The special bold has "triangle" stamped on the top of the bolt. Parts specific to the specialcartridge all have this stamp.

  Thanks Pact! The one had the triangle stamp and the other didn't. I cancelled the order for the incorrect part. Saved me some time and money! Thanks again
