Identify this Hammer Assembly 2

I need to identify this hammer assembly. This measures 2 1/4" from top of the nose to the bottom; 2 9/16" from tip of thumbpiece to bottom front; and 15/16" front to back on the rounded part. Any info will be appreciated.
