muzzle break jam

My Savage 111 LRH muzzle break is jammed open. I am unable to open or close it most likely due to the powder and rifling debris I didn't get cleaned out. I have tried Ballistol, PB penetrating catalyst and break cleaner. Any suggestions on getting this working again?

  Maybe carefully warming it with a heat gun.
  
  In the past, when I had the floating chamber on Colt Conversions solder up. Had to apply a substantial amount of heat to liquify the solder. To separate it from the barrel. Don't know if your muzzle break, is that badly soldered up though?
