The proof marks shown are Italian. "AE" in the square, denotes the date of 1979. Believe the "CAM. 76" denotes a 3" chamber?

"Armeria" translates from Italian as "armory" or "gun shop".

There is a small town in Sicily named San Giorgio, but I doubt that any guns are made there. Based on the year of manufacture, I would have thought importer markings would be likely.

Likely the importers/manufacturers markings would be on external. Visible on the barrels.

You should find the markings "Gardone VT" which is where Armeria San Giorgio ("The Armory of St. George") is located. Gardone Val Trompia (VT) is a town and commune in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy, Italy.

Here is what I found. Does it make sense to you?
    Acciacio Phoenix is Phoenix Steel.

The owner was Giuseppe di Pirlo.
    Fabbrica Armi da Caccia
    Ameria San Giorgio
    Via Zanardelli ?_" V. Bolignini 2, Via Zanardelli - V. Bolignini 2,
25063 Gardone VT / Brescia 25063 Gardone VT / Brescia

They were a small maker, father and son. Mostly all hand made guns. At least that is my understanding. A few show up in European auctions from time to time.

I interpret the above to mean.

1, The manufacturer is "Fabbrica Armi da Caccia" located in the city. of Brescia, Italy. This is located in the Gardone Valley.

2, It was sold by the Ameria SanGiorgio, (gunstore). Located in Bologna Italy.
