Best action & barrel to build .22 benchrest rifle

Thanks for info on earlier post....

Now I would like recommendations on the best action and barrel to use to have a .22 bench rest rifle made.

  Most accurate .22 RF rifle I have including my 40X 22, Kimber 82, Ruger 77/22 with a Clark custom barrel, Win 52, etc. is a CZ 452 bolt action military trainer. 3/8 inch groups at 100 yards using PMC target and one hole groups in roughly the same impact point at 50 yards using a variety of 22 ammo. Texas gun dealer named Mr. Charlie Spain? sold it to me for $250. He said, here's two boxes of PMC target and Zapper and if this rifle isn't the most accurate 22 rifle you've ever shot then return the rifle. I still have the rifle?

  Mossberg should revive the 44US. With todays tech.
  I'm not unaware of it's flaws, but it would be a good start.
