Indy 1500 gun show question
I'm thinking of going with a group to the indianapolis 1500 gun show at the end of the month. Would like to know if there are any restrictions on purchasing firearms by out of state residents. TIA !

And do they allow carry-ins ? 0 -
Out of state residents cannot purchase handguns unless they are C&R and you are licensed. BATF regs require modern handguns to transfer between FFLs, so any handguns you bought would have to be shipped to you local transfer FFL. Long guns may be salable to out of staters depending upon state regs. 0 -
FFL dealers can sell long guns to out of state unlicensed individuals if the state laws of Indiana and the the buyers state do not prohibit it.
Unlicensed individuals can only sell to a resident of their state of residence. See Title 27 Code of Federal Regulations Chapter II, paragraph 478.30.0
