Lyman 55R

Looking for it or an alternative to fit a Remington Model 33. Something similar that can be modified to fit would be of interest too. thanks

It's going to be rough finding anything specific. Your rifle hasn't been made, since at least when they closed down civilian production. For World War II.

Lot of the old Lyman sights turn up on Fleabay. They are marked with a code, for the specific rifle they are manufactured for.

Maybe with a GOOGLE search, you can find the specific Lyman codes for the sights that were made for your rifle. That is if they made more than one receiver sight for your rifle?

Some attachments to above posts my have included this info. but the following will fit. Lyman 55R, Lyman 57RS and Lyman 42R.
