Hollow bolt handle Ruger M77

I saw a M77 Ruger in a local shop today that has a hollow bolt handle. How rare are these? It is a RS in 30-06. What kind of premium does the hollow bolt bring?

  Only worth more to a M77 collector, if there is such a person??
  IIRC only made in the 1970-71 time frame.
  
  More important is there a "T" stamped under the bolt handle??
  
  That's the recall of the trigger---NO "T" not safe.
