Synthetic Stock
Does anyone make a synthetic stock for the Marlin/Glenfield 60?
Am rebuilding a parts gun we have had for years. Would love to put it
in a synthetic stock.
Would also like a muzzle break. But I can fabricate one of those if I have to.

Just found one on Midways site.
Made for the new Model 60, but with some minor fitting it will fit the older Model 60.
Problem is they want 64.99 for it [xx(]0 -

Marlin makes a synthetic model 60 stock:

If price is a problem, you might be able to pick up a used one on the auction site, or some such place for a bit less.
If you're after a non-conventional stock, you've got several options:
Dragunov style (and only $40):

Bullpup:

You didn't ask, but you might also consider a laminate stock. You get most of the benefit of synthetic in terms of durability and moisture stability. but a nicer look, and a wider variety of designs.0
