If it's of any value to you, your rifle was made in 1920 per Joe Poyer's book. 1920 numbers started with 1,162,501 and around 49,000 were made that year. Of course, those numbers are approximate since no firm records exist, but it's probably pretty close, or as close as several guys who were dedicated to Springfield research could nail it down.
