grips for new service revolver
Hi: I am looking for original grips for a new service revolver. It is a 45 made in 1920 so I need the hard rubber grips, not the walnut. thank you

Your best bet would be our auction or fleabay. The hard rubber grips, were never as durable as wood though. Going to be tough/expensive finding original ones, in at least very good condition. At a reasonable price.
Might consider Triple K manufacturing. The are selling repo grips, along with their repo magazines now. Not really all that expensive. At least you will have something on the Colt that looks OK. Until you find some originals.0 -
I routinely look on GunBroker site and ebay, nothing yet. You have a point. the broken grips are rough to shoot with. E-gunparts has reproduction grips for around 35.
thank you

Pachmyr rubber grips are much easier to shoot the big New Service
revolver with.
You will have to remove the lanyard loop though when using Colt Army Large C Presentation soft rubber Grip.0
