AR 15 Kits Question??

So if PSA or Midway or anyone else is selling a carbine kit is it literally complete?? By that I mean is every piece you need included that when assembled is a complete rifle that goes bang??

The parts kits I have seen pictures of look complete but I don't know if that is the case.

  NO, it is missing the lower receiver, most of the time. If it does include the lower receiver, you must purchase it thru an FFL dealer.

  Yep, the kits I see are sans lower receiver.

  Any "kit" you find that will ship directly to you will NOT have the lower receiver in it.
