H&R 925 Defender
I have a H&R Defender 9 shot 22 cal. S-L-LR. I was told it is very rare anybody know anything about these revolvers? Maybe starting price I was going to give it to a nephew. Now I am thinking about buying something more modern. Serial No. AA18297 Any help would be appreciated.

H&R was the best of the cheaoies INHO. Top breaks aren't all that wonderful. 22 seems odd for a 925 Defender.

That is what I get from everyone but the barrel is 4". 0 -
Never was aware that they made one in .22 caliber. All I have seen over the years, have been chambered for the .38 S & W.
You indeed, might have something uncommon? Demand is what creates value, though. Unless you luck out, and get a H & R collector interested. Not likely to be worth a lot.0 -
Sounds pretty neat. By the way, it was made in 1964. 0
