I have one in .38 super, very nice pistol for the $$$. certainly not a Colt but still a good shooter. 0 -
I'm with Mike, I've had one in 38 Super since they where first available, and I'm very happy with it. I use mine for mid caliber bowling pin matches and as a part time carry gun.
Outside of general upkeep, the only thing I've done is install Wolf springs and replace the firing pin.

have 2 in .45, very reliable and no problems 0 -
My brother has one in 45ACP and loves it.
He had a Colt 1911 in the military and says the Taurus is just
as good. Says it has less jamming problems then the Colt.0
