One NIB just sold over on the colt forum for $850.

Not much call for matched sets of those guns, so I'll guess about
    $2000 for the pair.
But it might be easier to sell each one separate as much as that seems to be a shame.

Special edition Modern cased pairs don't do well in the marketplace, in my limited experience. I had a Texas Ranger cased pair, SAA .45 and Frontier Scout .22. I would have to go and look up the sale price, but I remember that it was disappointing.

So, were I buying a modern Colt cased pair, I would figure the value for one, then times two, then subtract about 25%.

Thanks for the help. I figured about $800-$850 per gun, two of them means $16-$1700, one at time or both.

Didn't those Colts come from Lou Horton ?
They should be a fairly easy sell a 8 each.

Blue Book does list them in the Commemoratives section.
    1984 1st Edition Govt. Model .380 ACP. S/N range RC00000-RC01000.
1000 were made and value listed as $850. Issue price $425

The best way to tell the value of them, would be to put them on the block, starting at a penny, and advertise the hell out of them.

I like them, but IMHO, Colt really dropped the ball on these models, by not having the grip safety included.
