colt saa born on date?

my sons neighbor showed me a colt saa in .45 ser.# 90,000 (about, I didn't right it down). condition is just above 'relic', it's all there but rusted/pitted and doesn't cock. resonably good 'eagle' grips. with a surprising good cond. holster/belt made in St.Louis. any info?
