Lubecker in Berlin. Great action to build a custom on!

    What is it worth?

Since there are no holes drilled into it, and the stripper clip guides have not been ground off, it would be a great candidate for restoring to military configuration.

Check the auction side for Mauser receivers and going prices. I would hazard to guess it's worth about 75-125 dollars.

a large portion of k-98s marked code 237 built in 1939 went to the Luftwaffe and command premium prices

Is there a way to tell if this one went to the Luftwaffe?

the only way I know is if you could find acceptance marks on it

What do acceptance marks look like?

You would need a complete rifle to identify it's Luftwaffe heritage. It would have an 'L' stamped on the stock with the accompanying waffenamts.
Most K98s will have an 'H' for Heer on the stock to identify their Army lineage.

    Gunswapper,

Just for the sake of knowledge, here is a fairly complete list of Waffenamts:

    Best.
