baby frame ???

how can I tell if my win. pigeon grade lwt field 28 ga.101 is a baby frame or not?

  it might help to go to Gun Parts Inclook at your make and model and look at parts list . they should have different part numbers for all items in the receiver there should be different numbers for different frames you might see what is different. On the left side there is also a gray block with Help Phone numbers. you can talk to a rear person
  that will help you determine what frame you have.

  If you take your barrels off the frame, and take a 20 gauge shell, and hold it up to the breech face, the 20 gauge shell, should overlap the breech face.
  
  In other words, the frame was made for 28 gauge, and 410 bore.
