  I've bought more than 1 rifle because they had nice wood. Those are beautiful examples.

  the figure is pretty, but appears way too fragile. I'd be concerned that it would end-up being a two piece stock.

  For what its worth, Cooper stocks some of their rifles with the best wood around...

  You can kind of get the idea. No they are not cheap, and some of their exhibition grade blanks cost as much as $3000.00 for an add on.

  A couple have straight grain across the pistol grip.
  Not good in my book.
  Others have beautiful figure..
