Shipping Ruger Old Army to CA.

Is it ok to ship a Ruger Old Army to an individual in CA ? I see that a lot of dealers won't.

Well the Old Army is a black powder revolver...and not considered a firearm by the atf. You shouldn't even need to use a ffl. There are a few places in the US were an ffl is required but CA isn't one. You can just ups/fedex it right to the person.

the cheapest way in the usps in a flat rate box,just insure it. totaly legal. according to T.S. uncle albert,one of the i don,t give a crap crowd.

As East says,, I have done it and its about 17 bucks now for a large flat rate..with delivery confiramtion.
