IO PPS-43 Hinge Pin

    If you mean the one on the stock? It was sold as a handgun. If you could unfold the stock, it would become a NFA firearm, i.e. short barreled rifle.

    I wouldn't go that route. Unless you're willing to get the required legal license, & paperwork from the BATF.

    It is the hinge pin connecting the upper to the lower.

    Sorry. Though you meant the hinge pin for the stock. Local dumb-a**, had one that had the stock unlocked, at a flea market last summer.

    I had a PPS for a bit and was thinking along the same lines. I didn't find anything aftermrket, but my guess is something could be made up pretty easily. The trick would be making certain the thing stayed in place, but could be easily removeable - detent & plunger, or oversized screw set into one side.
