Tompkins Globe Sight

Hello All,

Do any of you have info or history of Tompkins globe front sights w/spirit level? Are they still available? Weren't they used in match style competition? Thank you for your time.

  The Tompkins globe front sight was designed by Middleton Tompkins of Palma fame for International Palma rifles used in these open sight competitions. The course of competition was 800, 900, and 1,000 yards, both individual and team formats. This sight has since been discontinued but replaced by a newer version by another company.
