Remington 700 SPS

I'm thinking of buying a .223 bolt action rifle in the not so distant future (like...before christmas). Ive been looking around and ive come across the new remington 700 SPS and I can get one fer 399$ at the sportsmans warehouse. I'm wondering, does anyone know much about these rifles? I assume since its a remington 700 its gotta be somewhat decent, and I am planning on buying a nice .223 bolt rifle mostly for longer range shooting so accuracy is kidna important. I also dont want to spend a whole bunch of money, although i would love to, so i'm wondering if the SPS would be a good investment. The looks of a rifle dont really bother me so long as it functions right and is reliable so if anyone has imput on this that would be great.

  Do these normally come with a hinged floor plate or a solid bottom ????

  Brand new 700 SPS 300 Blackout I purchased last Sunday. Hinged floor plate.
