?Old Amazonian? Blow Gun

Hello, I am trying to get information on a blow gun. I do not know its origin/history other than my dad purchased it about 16 years ago and has been in the family ever since. It's about 6ft in length. Please find the photo links below. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

  Personal email sent I think made in last 200 years but by very primative person. unlike the spear. That are more advanced with good metalworking skills.
