Reco for BP load for 44 conversion 45 acp

Looking for a medium black powder recommendation for a pietta .44 with a conversion cylinder to 45 acp. Saw the warning about using lead heads only but wondering about the .5 cc reco on my typical 45 reloads using regular powder...

Any suggestions?

  Should add that planning to use standard .45 acp lead 240 grain. But could use lead balls if a factor...
  
  From what I have researched it looks like 25 to 30 grains may be a safe load for pyrodex.[?]

  I load my .45acp's with 18 grains of fffg Grafs or Goex powder. That's about all that will fit with a 200 gr RNFP.
