Does anyone on the board reload their own non-tox shells?

doesn't that kind of defeat the point of a shotgun shell? 0 -
Nope, not worth the trouble to me. I shoot about 100 rnds of it a year.
When I was shooting trap, I shot 100 rnds in a afternoon. You bet I reloaded those low brass blue hulls!!!
Here is some reading for you.

What gauge(s) do you shoot, and about how rounds per month/year?0 -
I reload shotshells, so it's not a problem to also load Non-Toxic. I don't load steel because I don't have a shotgun that can safely shoot it; I find Nice shot works the best of what I can buy as components although if the makers were to sell Tungsten Matrix, that would work well too. 0 -
Early in the "non-lead" phase, it was considered unhandy or even dangerous to attempt reloading non-tox. This has changed to some extent but requires considerable research(so I'm told)to find the right combination of components. I don't reload non-tox since I don't shoot it much. I still have most of a case I bought 10 years ago. 0 -

I have about 30 spent shells from duck hunting this year. (12ga 3")
A mix of Kent Impact TM's, a few Hevi-shots, a few Bismuth, a dozen Win. Drylock Steel....And the empty boxes.
If you would like them, email me your particulars, and I would be more than happy to send them to you.
I pick up my spent shells when I can find them, so as to not litter the woods, and have no use for them, but, they are too nice to just throw away...so if you can use them they are yours....postage free.
FrancF...sorry didn't even think to check for a reloaders forum...

Ballistic Products has quite a lineup of wads and load recipes for just about any non-toxic you might want to load. Then even have load manuals strictly for non-tox and steel.0 -
I load a few rounds with airsoft pellets......... Does that count as non toxic?................. 0
