    A bag in a small flat rate box is what I do.
    As long as it is not loaded ammo you can it.

    I suggest you check with any Large nation wide Sporting good dealer like Cabela's Midway Brownells ETC I think Empty case or even fired cases are OK BUT primed CASES are treated JUST like live ammo . I for one would find out for sure and NOT take a chance

    It would require the same restrictions as shipping primers.

    UPS ground last time I did it.

    Ship from main hub not a store.

    I've received primed brass shipments some done legally others not.

    Do NOT mail primed brass. Really. Brass, yes. Primed brass- no.

    You cannot ship thru the mail if primed.

    I have sold a lot of brass over the years and found the best method is to de-prime and just sell as brass. Normally the cost of the primers is far less then shipping via UPS or FedEx. Flat rate box mail is cheap.
