Anyone else hate their Hornady LNL AP?
Man this is one finicky SOB! Pawls finally adjusted perfectly (after one broke last year). Got it all set up for 45acp last night and ran 30 rds no problem. Go down today and get one round in and the cam wire bends and breaks the primer slide! Had a replacement breakaway wire to install but saw that I need to remove the press from the bench to get it off. And I have to wait for Hornady to send me a new primer slide. Since I have had this thing I don't think I have had a productive reloading experience. My old Lee Turret was slower but at least I got to reload!
Seriously considering selling this thing and going back. The extra money can go to powdr and other supplies![xx(]

I will give credit to their CS though. Quick phone call and new parts on the way no charge, no BS, no questions other than what parts do you need. 0 -
I ran a Star for years on the department pistol team, a very strong machine. Once it got to be time to rebuild it we found we could buy two Dillon 550's for the cost. We went that way instead and have never regretted it. 0 -
well, after I calmed down. Got my new parts on then tore down the whole press to clean, etc watched Bill Morgan's videos on youtube...press ran pretty dang smooth last night. Some good tips/tricks in his videos. Only loaded 50 rds of 45 but it was smooth! 0
