Love to hear of a good recepie for 7mm load (7-08 Cal) can you help ?? Howa 1500 1:9 twist , with 120gr / 150gr / 175gr ..Can you help ?? . cheers Guys .MOND

  I normally load 140 grain Nosler Ballistic Tips in 7mm08 using IMR 4064(20" carbine) or H414(24" barrel). Haven't really tested with 120 BT but haven't found any "bad" loads with the mid-weight bullets. Even "reduced recoil" loads with IMR 4895 and Remington 140 CoreLokt produced under 1".
