Before you spend the big $ on brass, check to see if .348 brass fits into the chamber. Some .43 Spains have over size chambers...some do not.
If it fits then here is a simple fix for you...C&P from another site:
"Prime with large rifle or large rifle magnum primers. It doesn't seem to matter, they both work.
8.5 grains of Bullseye powder
A tuft of cotton, dacron or toilet paper pushed down tight on the powder
Corn meal packed TIGHT in the rest of the case to within about 1/16" of the mouth
Elmers glue or wax to seal. This is just to keep the corn meal in place while handling
Fire in a safe direction as this load does have some power to it. With the corn meal you are also feeding the local critters at the same time. Check the chamber between shots to make sure that there is no cornmeal left in there. It won't really hurt anything, but it will put dents in the next case that you shoot.
One fireforming usually makes the case suitable for loading. You may have to trim the neck to square it up; anyway trim all the cases to the same length as the shortest, squared up one. A normal load with a bullet will do any final forming that may be needed.

Never use shotgun grass for rifle ctgs. It is unsafe because of the thin web at the base. 0 -

Yeap!! it does smell good!! [:p]
In case you need the specs on the cases here are close measurements:
43 spain....base_.552" vs 348win of .554"
43 spain....rim- =.629" vs 348win of .552"
Thats real close....A loose spain chamber will accept the 348 case and the little smaller rim OD has no real effect on extraction.
Just watch your shell holder in the press. MAY have to use the 348win.0 -
Why mess around making brass? Huntingtons sells great quality brass and it is the cheapest of the vintage brass reproductions. 0 -

Buffalo arms sells it a LOT cheaper. Out of stock but about $2 each if you buy in bulk (meaning at least 20-100) 0 -
