Canadian pension funds buy Chicago toll roads
Sure looks like a good investment on the backs of the paying customers for free trade and commerce! A fee or a tax it makes no difference,it's all about the money and how to attain it!
This only shuffles some of the blame of the high cost of living away from your tax raising politicians and gives big money to corporations and the well invested. You gotta love it for your too poor to leave it!

some places went to the voters requesting an increase in tolls after years to improve and maintain...voters said NO so it was sold to outside America...next day the tolls tripled....end of discussion 0 -

The government out sources most of it's services to their brother in laws and if a sector can be purchased if it generates revenue so we the people get no benefits back just more taxes for the politicians while they get retirement funds and perks while they charge off representing the dumb slave wage earners. How much cash has Obama spent on vacations in the last eight years?
