Prayers for Constitution & God Given Rights in NY

On Monday,September 14th at 1:00pm Robert L. Schultz,et al., will present oral arguments to the Appellate Division-Third Judicial Department of The New York State Supreme Court in Albany. Link for driving,parking and walking instructions to the courtroom on the 5th Floor of the Justice Building in Albany: http://www.courts.state.ny.us/ad3/DirectionsfromtheNSEW.html The 1st case on the docket Schultz will have 10 minutes to challenge the Government's right to control both pathways to constutional change in NY State. There will be a question on the ballot in 2017 on whether we want a Constutional Convention at all. Three opposing attorneys will have 5 minutes each. The 2nd case on the docket Schultz will have 10 minutes and another pro se Plaintiff,Jeffery Gaul will have 5 minutes to convince the four judge panel that the Safe(unsafe)Act of 2013 should be nullified on constitutional grounds. This lawsuit challenges the way the SAFE ACT was passed as well as it's breach of the 2nd Amendment.Victor Paladino,Esq. will argue the states case. Fifteen minutes sure dosen't seem like much time for an oral argument against a law that Andrew Cuomo and his cronies spent so much time on to trample on the RULE OF LAW. Please pray for Bob that he might find the right words to reach these four judges hearts and minds.He will have to be as persuasive and eloquent as Patrick Henry.

    I don't hold out much hope for the Socialist Utopia of New York's subjects. The corruption and Marxist ideals within the halls of Government and the Judiciary are strong.

    Hoping a few judges will see the error of the legislature is most likely going to lead to disappointment. It is akin to two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner.

    Not sure why,but I still believe in miracles.There is almost nothing left for us except civil disobedience.

    Small Arms At one time may have hold these words to be true however now the government has this power mute with total awareness with superior technology to defeat a group of minute men ready to spring into action. At anytime and place in this world.

    Serf,perhaps, but consider the Japanese Admiral's warning about a rifle behind every blade of grass.Imagine being on the receiving end of a Militia of millions of expert riflemen.There is nothing more unnerving than wondering if the next round has your name on it.Just saying.

    Yes - we have the largest fully armed civilian military on the planet. Even our military has to stop and think before acting on us. Just the state of Wisconsin sells over 800,000 hunting licenses. That alone is larger than any army. Yea I know they are not all trained and don't have combat weapons, but throw in the rest of the US and its one hell of a Militia !
