National solution: Look to History
We need the government to pay for a study that would look to the specific causes that moved the southern states to secede from the Union. With this knowledge some caring citizens could start a program where the issues were made apparent to the citizens of the most liberal US cities: NY, LA, Chi, Bos, SF, Sea, Por, Den, Phi, Bal, DC, etc.
If the plan was correctly implemented, the cities would unite and secede from the Union. Unlike when the south seceded and the north wanted them to stay, in this situation, the remainder of the country would bid them fond farewell.

You seem to have forgotten you are not in the political, or general discussion forum, amongst other things.
However, I do like some of your ideas, even though this is not the place to post it.

It would never work. Just like 150 years ago, the citizens of those cities would rather use government troops to force all other cities to conform to their viewpoint. 0
