Hillary's email scam
So, what do you all think about Hillary's problem?
Since she used a private email account, she claims no legal Freedom of Information Act liability.
She also claims that Open Public Records requests have no basis in legality because the email account was her "family account" in Chappaqua.

Hillary Clinton illegally used a private e-mail account for State Department communication. It doesn't matter.
She was fired from a Watergate committee by a Democrat because she was judged to be dishonest and unethical. It doesn't matter.
She claimed that she did not know where the Rose Law Firm's billing records were. After two years of repeatedly making this claim the records were found to be on her desk. It doesn't matter.
She took ten thousand dollars and turned it into a hundred thousand dollars in cattle futures out of thin air with no investment experience. It doesn't matter.
She has absolutely no accomplishments whatsoever during her term as Secretary of State. It doesn't matter.
She blamed Benghazi on a Youtube video, but it doesn't matter.
None of it matters because the national leftist press corps has decided that Hillary Clinton will be the next President of the United States. It is her turn and any record of her dishonesty or lack of ethics is not going to change a thing. She's been anointed by the media, so stand back.0 -

It is unclear whether she broke and laws.
She did, however, violate NARA rules that were in place at the time.
According to Section 1236.22 of the 2009 NARA requirements:..."Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency recordkeeping system."
Were her name not Clinton, she would probably have a much bigger problem than she will actually face.0 -

Isn't it sort of strange that out of all those tens of thousands of E-Mails that she never sent one to her boss? How many of us would be in deep do do if we didn't keep our boss up on the latest things going on in the company? This bunch is as crooked as they come.
I'm beginning to believe what Mark Twain said is true..."If voting made any difference they wouldn't let us do it." How else can you explain how a black muslim foreign exchange student that's not a citizen of this country could be elected president not once but twice with in just a few years after the US was attacked by muslims and over 3,000 Americans were killed. That is the FACTS of the case, here is why.
Hillary and Bill Clinton operate under rules established by and approved by Hillary and Bill Clinton. Her rules about emails going to the private Clinton server were very well understood by her and she complied with those rules to the letter.
