Intergration in the South...
...in private schools.....Change has come for the best, especially with black and whites at private institutions. When you watch a sporting event at a local private high school, there seems to be equal by percentage of students 15%-20% different color students...all in harmony and with out a federal mandate. The institutions regulations are fare and balanced. Private schools are flourishing.[;)][:D]

A lot of the time, with private schools the only color that matters is green. 0 -
As usual, when the government tries to force something, it only causes the natural process to be delayed. Had the liberals not pushed the 1964 laws regarding forced integration and just limited the changes to voting rights, the states involved would be much farther along the road to acceptance of all people based on their inner qualities. But then, the race pimps would have less of a platform, so they wouldn't stand to let that happen. 0 -
If the government wanted to accomplish the task of segregation with less fanfare (why would they, though?), all they had to do was give tax incentives for it.
It seems that's the most effective way of shifting popular opinion.[xx(]0
