    pwillie,

Elapsed time of 20 minutes and you expect an answer?

The 9mm lower is the most important part in my opinion. Some of the lowers which use a conversion don't feed as well as the original 9mm lowers do. Needs parts to finish out the lower.

The upper needs a BCG and barrel for the 9mm then all the same extras for the upper. Obviously good mags are a plus.

    Best.

...it takes less than twenty minutes to sire a child! So, why not finish what you started....the lower I have is a PSA which is fit for a 9mm according to the sellers...Now, what all do I need to build an upper?

    pwillie,

I agree with fordsix about purchasing a complete upper for a much better price. I did run a quick search for complete uppers and apparently the distributors have already raised prices or are sold out.

If you can't locate a reasonably priced upper, here is a link to the list of all the parts you need for the build. There is even a drawing:

Be sure to check to see if you need a pistol buffer for the stock.

    Best.

Whose mags are you set up for - do you want to use...

Glock mags seem most popular now - because they are ubiquitous and omnipresent and come in many varieties including drums...

The beretta mag variant makes a nice combo gun with mag compatability with the model 92 pistol series...
