Custom Single Action Grips
Hoping to find out who made the custom grips I have on one of my Ruger Single Actions. Actually I sent the grip frame to this guy for custom fitting, but it was a couple of years ago, and darned if I can remember his name.
A shame, because he did a great job.
Only problem, there is no identifying marks. Plain panel on the left side with screw visible. Sterling inlayed on the right for initials or monogram.
Sound familiar to anyone?
Thanks,
Rob[?]

Have done similar, try going back a few years through your bank statements or credit card bills (depending on payment method), that's how I solved one mystery on a old deal I could not remember until I saw the name, then it "clicked" [;)] 0 -

Are you thinking of Walt Marston? He made a beautiful set of stag grips for my Vaquero.

Gee, maybe if you posted a pic of his work he might recognize it. 0 -

Gee, that's why I posted a link! There are two pages of grips on his site and RCrosby didn't say what kind he wants. That's why I didn't post any pics.
Still, if it's too much trouble to click on the link, here are a few examples of Walt's work:
