Question for paint experts
Recently re did my old deck with a high end latex solid stain. Looked pretty much to me like the high end latex paint I use. What's the difference?

In a nutshell, paint puts a thin film on the surface and stain penetrates into the wood. 0 -
It's a mutt blend.
True paint: mostly pigment.
Stain: mostly oil/solvent.0
