AR15/M16 Bolt Markings

I have a bolt assembly for an AR15/M16 that I would like to determine the manufacturer for. The only markings I can find are MPC stamped (engraved?) on the bolt body. Can anyone identify the manufacturer?

  Colt for the bolt. If Colt the carrier will be stamped with a C.

  I only have the bolt assembly (part numbers 5 through 12 on Gun Parts schematic), no carrier.
