Cal legal AR lowers
I have the opportunity to pick up an older Century Arms C15 sporter AR 15 lower. I have been unable to find the "list" of legal vs illegal lowers. Before I spend another hour searching for the magical list I thought I would ask here. Can anyone help?

Century Arms lowers were NOT on the original list of guns banned by name in the Roos-Roberti law 1989. 0 -

Keep in mind that this is only a list of named models. The receiver (when assembled into a rifle) could still qualify as an assault weapon if it has these features:
1.A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any one of the following:
A. A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon.
B. A thumbhole stock.
C. A folding or telescoping stock.
D. A grenade launcher or flare launcher.
E. A flash suppressor.
F. A forward pistol grip.0 -
