Dating Star PD 45 Auto

I am trying to find out date of manufacture of a Star PD 45 , Garcia import, serial # 14111XX. Has wood grips. Appears almost unfired.

  One of the Spanish Proof Marks, is a coded date. Usually in a alphanumeric format. Capital letter, followed by the number 1.
