Beretta 92S safety removal
Need some help taking a 92S slide apart.
I can find all sorts of info on the 92F and 92FS, but the 92S is a little different.
Any help would be appreciated.

From the "Gun Digest Book of Automatic Pistols"
#1, "Use a small screwdriver to depress the small locking plunger at the right end of the safety shaft. Move the safety lever upward, slightly beyond its normal off safe position, to trap the locking pin in the depressed position".
#2, "Use a small tool to depress the head of the firing pin impeller, and turn the safety lever a little further upward, than push the safety out toward the left. CAUTION! The small lock pin on the right side will be released as the safety clears it. Restrain the pin and its spring, and remove them upward from their recess in the slide".0 -
That's it.
