Winc model 63 problem

After taking it apart to clean it hundreds of times I cannot get it to come together completely. There is about an eighth inch gap. Im baffled. Any ideas? Sounds like metal on metal.

  The 63 is pretty straight-forward.. A couple thoughts..
  
  ~ make sure the hammer's cocked..
  
  ~ make sure the bolt is correctly seated..
  
  ~ if you removed the outer mag tube, be sure it's in correctly..
  
  ~ leave the inner mag tube out..
  
  
  
  I know these are basic, but you've done it enough that it's probably just a "Duh" thing, on your part..[:)]

  Make sure all the recesses are clean and pins flush. Use a cotton glove and feel for burrs.

  Thanks Charlie, there was a burr, felt it but couldnt really see it. Good as new.
