Magazine for Colt sauer rifle

Recently I acquired such a rifle and I am looking for a spare magazine for it, 7 mm Rem. Mag. They are hard to come by. Would a magazine from another model of sauer rifle work? Would a magazine for 300 Win. work? Thanks Pat

  When I bought my Sauer the extra mag was a .458
  
  If you reload try 62g of IMR 4831 with a 162 g Hornady SST
