.32 starter pistol, unknown manufacturer. H&R? Rohm? No way to know.

Believe Neal is correct. Got this off GOOGLE images. Similar types, have been made by many manufacturers over the years. If yours is a 8 shot .32 rimfire. Might be able to pin down the maker that way. .22 RF's, are much more common. Because .32 RF blanks, are very difficult to come by.

This is an Iver Johnson model 56A starter pistol cylinder. 8 shot .22 caliber blank.
