Anyone tell me when a Winchester Model 670 serial # 124286 was made? As always any info is appreciated.

  There are no available (published) serialization tables for the Model 670. It was introduced in 1966, and discontinued in 1979, with a total production of approximately 287,650 rifles in three variations.

  my first deer rifle was a md670 shot any ammo brand or reload i feed it. not a high gloss gun like the md70 but well made work horse
